Most of the Software Development Companies in the USA gives a Laptop to its developers for development. It gives the developer a flexibility to work from home or office according to his convenience.

Thus One gets a Laptop with administrative privileges just for Programming. It is essential to setup the System within a working day so that the Project can be resumed soon. Apart from installing Project specific tools (which could be Eclipse for J2EE or Android Studio) there are many system related tools which make the life of a developer easier.

Also, once the computer is setup, you can speed up the installation process the next time you join a project.

The Major Challenge for me was to set up a Linux based machine, which appear difficult in the beginning. But it was because of the lack of a proper resource that can give the proper resource.I am putting all the resources together to make the system working with a day.
